We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery), for legal compliance, or with your consent. Trip content you mark as public is visible to other users as intended by the feature you use.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for maintaining your account security.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. In the Android app, we may collect device identifiers and app usage data strictly to provide and improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings and app permissions through your device settings.
We retain your data as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. When you delete content or your account, we remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
TripZek is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites and booking services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
TripZek is currently in beta testing. Features may change, and data formats may evolve as the platform develops. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. The effective date above will be revised when we do. Continued use of TripZek after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
